Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves working across front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving application quality and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions, covering both front-end and back-end components, in line with project requirements

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives

Optimize application performance and ensure high code quality by following best practices, participating in code reviews, and implementing testing frameworks

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to improve system reliability, performance, and user experience

Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and applications

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows using modern tools and technologies

Develop secure, reusable, and maintainable code

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development

Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel / CodeIgniter

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases

Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integrations

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

Knowledge of coding standards, testing, and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automated testing tools

Exposure to frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Vue, etc.) is a plus

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
