Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and skilled PHP Developer to join our tech team and support the digital infrastructure behind our international conferences and B2B lead-generation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-end services and exchanging data between the server and users. Your primary focus will be developing all server-side logic, defining and maintaining central databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining tools and platforms that directly support business-critical operations in our event and outreach ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications on the portal plus premium service platforms. Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the UX/UI team. Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications. Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools. Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing the existing data services API. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Follow industry best practices and stay current with developments in web applications and programming languages. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Support in optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability. The Person Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in PHP development. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony). Understanding of MVC design patterns. Proficient understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. Competent in web services (REST/SOAP) and third-party integrations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues independently. Familiarity with tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub for version control. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
