TrialOptima, a division of JCDC, is a web based intelligence platform to transform how clinical trials are tracked and optimized worldwide. We are looking for a motivated?PHP Laravel Developer?to join our in-house team in Pune and contribute to the next generation of TrialOptima?s digital platfor Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a PHP Developer, based in Pune . The PHP Developer will be responsible for developing back-end components, connecting applications with other web services, and assisting with front-end development and database management. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging applications, optimizing website performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP Laravel framework. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement new features and ensure seamless functionality. Work on front-end components using Blade, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite) for scalable performance. Use GitHub/GitLab for version control and code management. Participate in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1?3 years of hands-on experience with PHP Laravel development. Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery). Experience with database design and queries (MySQL preferred). Familiarity with Git-based version control. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Good to Have Experience working with digital marketing integrations, analytics dashboards, or healthcare data systems.
