Responsibilities:

Develop understanding of the organization’s business processes and identify areas of improvement

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define software requirements and system architecture

Design, develop, and maintain user-centric web applications and internal tools

Build dashboards, workflow engines, and REST APIs

Implement robust data models and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems

Maintain clean, scalable, and secure codebases with version control

Support deployment and testing phases, including UAT

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Conduct training for business user stand provide support on day-to-day issues /challenges

Continuously improve system performance and user experience

Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in PHP Development (Fresh graduates with a passion for learning also welcome)

Proficiency in PHP, front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js/Express.js/Next.js) frameworks

Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Supabase)

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows

Understanding of SFTP & SSO integrations with other platforms

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field like BCA.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in a startup environment with dynamic priorities

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with ERP, CRM, or HR tech systems

Worked on nonprofit or impact-driven platforms or manufacturing companies.
