Role Description The Photo & Video Editor role at Rexarank Digital Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The person in this role will capture, edit, and refine photo and video content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring visual materials meet brand standards and project objectives. Daily responsibilities include organizing and managing raw footage and images, performing color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and visual effects, and preparing final files for various digital platforms. The Photo & Video Editor will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to align visual content with campaign goals and timelines. The role also involves staying up to date with editing tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve visual output.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual style across projects.
• Ability to design and integrate Motion Graphics into video content to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Graphics skills for creating and editing visual assets, thumbnails, and layouts that support brand identity.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software).
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine creative work.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing photo and video work is required.

Salary

Salary Starts from INR 12000 to 15000

Location and Time

• It’s hybrid model means 3days work at office and 1day at home. Sat - Sun is off. Time is 2pm to 10pm.
