Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PhD Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, located in Kharagpur. The Research Scholar will conduct advanced research in their area of specialization, collaborate with faculty on current projects, and contribute to academic publications. Additionally, the role involves participation in teaching assistance, organizing seminars, and supporting departmental activities as required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in conducting advanced academic research, literature reviews, and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for research presentations and academic publications
  • Technical expertise related to the candidate's field of study, including proficiency in relevant tools or software
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet the program's timelines and academic deadlines
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a strong academic record
  • Passion for contributing to academic and societal development through research
  • Previous research experience or publications in peer-reviewed journals (preferred but not mandatory)
