Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phaser Developer located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include building interactive browser-based 2D games using the Phaser framework, optimizing game performance across devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences. The developer will debug and improve games, implement game mechanics, and ensure responsiveness on various platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in programming skills like JavaScript and Typescript, with experience in the Phaser framework. Strong understanding of game development concepts, including game mechanics, physics, and animations. Experience with debugging and optimizing front-end performance of 2D games. Familiarity with tools and techniques for asset pipeline integration and sprite management. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines. Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in game development or a similar role is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related technical field is preferred but not mandatory. Mid-Senior Phaser Game Developer Key Responsibilities Lead and develop core gameplay systems using Phaser 3. Architect scalable game structures optimized for mobile environments. Work closely with the React Native team to ensure seamless integration. Optimize performance across iOS and Android devices. Collaborate with designers and artists to build engaging user-friendly experiences. Handle asset optimization, loading strategies, and performance tuning. Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality standards. Integrate APIs, SDKs, analytics, and other mobile features as required.
