Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operations, including managing pharmacy technicians, ensuring accurate prescription processing, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy practice standards. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for immunization services and ensuring all safety and regulatory requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide top-quality patient care. Qualifications Experience with Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription processing Skills in managing Pharmacy Technicians and overseeing daily operations Knowledge and experience in providing Immunization services Excellent leadership and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field preferred Relevant certifications or licenses as required by law
