Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for Pharmaceutical Injectables Manufacturing Specialists (Production) with experience, offering a salary up to ₹12.0 LPA. The specialist will oversee end-to-end production activities for injectable formulations, including preparation, compounding, filling, sealing, and labeling in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining batch records, coordinating with QA/QC teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and sterility standards. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting process optimization, supervising shop-floor personnel, and participating in audits and inspections. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, minimize wastage, and maintain high-quality output.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals, with the ability to apply domain knowledge to injectable manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), aseptic techniques, and regulatory compliance in a sterile production environment.
  • Relevant Laboratory Skills, including handling of sterile equipment, in-process testing, and documentation of batch and process data.
  • Understanding of Sales in a pharma context, including basic knowledge of market requirements, product demand, and cross-functional coordination with commercial teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in injectable manufacturing (parenterals), preferably in regulated or semi-regulated facilities.
  • Ability to interpret SOPs, validation protocols, and production reports with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by production schedules and compliance standards.
