About the Role

The PF Quality Control role is essential for ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure analysis of Incoming raw material, In process and final product.
• Monitoring Limestone pile Quality.
• Ensure availability and calibration of all Equipment’s including XRF and XRD.
• Fuel and Raw Materials rolling Plan in TM-15.
• Budgeting and Capex.
• Raw mix designing.
• Bag Testing report.
• BIS, NABL & IMS Compliance including audits.
• Co-ordination with Marketing team.
• Ensure Compliance of PAT.
• Improvement projects for improving quality.

Required Skills

• Competent in Shift Handling.
• Limestone pile preparation.
• Raw mix controlling.
• XRF calibration and other lab equipment's.
• Through Knowledge of BIS Specifications, ISO & NABL documentation and compliance.
• Report uploading in SAP & TM1.
• Knowledge of SAP PP/QM Module for executing day to day jobs.
• Knowledge of SAP, WCM & Safety standards.
• Knowledge of MIS, Presentation & Communication skills.
