Position: Officer/Senior Officer

JB 11

KRA1: Training - Facilitate safety trainings:

  • Identification of Training needs
  • To conduct training for all employees as per TNI and updation of the same in ELM Module in Poornata for Functional & Behavioral Training as per Training calendar.
  • To conduct training on Safety Modules for O&S, Wage Board and Contract Workmen as per T&C SC guidelines and requirement of the Unit.
  • To plan, organize and conduct virtual and classroom training programs and handling Microsoft form and teams softwares for effective implementation
  • Identification of Faculty - Internal and co-ordination with SHs and DHs for release of participants
  • Ensuring compliance to HR Assurance guidelines
  • Following up with employees to maximize the use of Online E Learning programs
  • Developing internal trainers and facilitating Trainer felicitation night
  • Handling ELM and MySetu portals and supporting and resolving employee queries
  • To Plan, organize, co-ordinate and assist the DH HR & SH -HR in effective implementation of Corporate as well as Unit Initiatives.

KRA2: Talent Management Process:

  • Supporting DH HR and SH HR in Planning, executing and implementing the Talent Management Process, from Talent identification process to Talent segmentation and validation
  • Preparing necessary documentation for the Talent segmentation.
  • Supporting SH T&D in conducting offline and online DAC and MDP
  • Supporting employees in MDP Portal and its complaint resolutions
  • Scheduling MDP Check Inns and ensuring its compliance
  • Actively participating, ensuring implementation and achieving top position of Sewagram in various TM initatives.

KRA3 : Organization Development:

  • Coordinating with employees for compliance and timely completion of Vibes, Voice, Employee satisfaction surveys, employee wellness plans, employee recognition schemes etc.
  • Organizing HR @ Desk initiatives and interact with employees to identify the problems/difficulties being faced.
  • Actively participating, ensuring implementation and achieving top position of Sewagram in various OE and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintaining data of Online MBA (CEP) and BTech program and ensuring compliances as per agreement terms.

KRA4: Effective implementation of various unit level HR initatives:

  • Supporting DH HR and SH HR (TM & OE) in conducting and timely completion of various internal surveys like Colony survey, School Survey, Health Survey, Wage Board surveys etc
  • Following up with participants for timely compliance of Margdarshan activities as per schedule and assisting in its launch and closing program
  • Following up, coordinating and ensuring completion of required activities for implementation of various Unit level HR Initiatives – Sewagram Superstar, Birthday Gifts, Highest E learning awards, etc.
  • Supporting DH HR and SH HR in conducting various employee and family's engagement initiatives.

KRA5: MIS/ Management Reports:

  • Compiling and preparing accurate and timely data of safety trainings, learning effectiveness, training effectiveness and CSOD Compliance.
  • Preparing presentations and various data as and when required by Management.
  • Keeping all updated data ready for various assessment and Audit wr.t. Training & Development and clear the same without any major NC.

KRA6: Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives:

  • Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
  • Educating team about “I know my job”, “I know the hazards associated with my job and I applied control measures” & “I escalate to my senior” among manpower deployed in sections/department manpower including peer, WB & CL manpower
  • Timely conducting scheduled SO round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
  • To conduct daily Toolbox, Talk as schedule and before starting the job any critical job along with SWP
  • Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
  • Ensure good housekeeping, limited use of power, no leakage of water, oil, air etc and reporting concerned if any abnormalities for corrective action
  • Adhering of all safety precautions on the site and off the site
  • Replicating good practice for saving environment for long run sustainability and creating awareness among manpower to save guard natural resources.

KRA7: Ensuring IMS & WCM Compliances:

  • 100% Adhere ABOEF related activity like Kaizen, OPL, Suggestion, Good to find as per defined target.
  • Assigning & Implementation of all approved suggestions
  • BCE & 5S score of concern GRT's.
  • Developing of New Model area and sustaining current model area.
  • Ensure to conduct quarter audit by cross function GRT team
  • Ensuring documentation and conformity to IMS & ISO standards.
  • Encouraging teams to actively participate in IMS and WCM activities.

Talent Aquisition

To manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits.

Recruitment - Talent Acquisition & Retention Recruitment & selection at all level on continuous basis requirements. Coordinate in overall recruitment process activities like sourcing, selection and on-boarding of hires.

Performance Management – Assist to complete individual performance goals and capturing, midyear and annual review completion within the stipulated timeframe and initiation of annual increment and promotion/ upgradation. To drive continuous feedback culture and encourage employees and managers to use PingMe at all levels.

Compensation Management - To monitor and update data of compensation of all employees and maintain data of the pay outs.

HR Policies and Systems Plan - Ensure & monitor implementation of all HR policies, systems & processes in line with HR philosophy of Business & Group.

  • Organization Structure - Drive Organization Structure & Manpower Planning Ensure preparation, finalization & implementation of department wise ideal organization structures.
