Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Pet Groomer. The Pet Groomer will be responsible for providing comprehensive grooming services, ensuring the health and cleanliness of pets entrusted to their care. Daily responsibilities include bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets, while maintaining proper tools and equipment hygiene. The role also involves communicating with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and offering advice on pet care. Upholding a safe and stress-free environment for pets is a crucial aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Animal Care and a strong understanding of Pet Care practices
• Knowledge of Animal Welfare standards and commitment to maintaining a safe and compassionate environment
• Effective Communication skills to interact with pet owners and understand their needs
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a positive customer and pet experience
• Ability to manage tools and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• Passion for working with animals and ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Previous experience with pet grooming or certification in pet grooming is a plus
