This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personality Development Trainer, located in Agra. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, mentoring students, and fostering skill-building for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive personality development programs, performing research to enhance training methodologies, creating course content, and occasionally utilizing social media tools to promote training benefits.

• Strong proficiency in Personality Development and Training techniques
• Ability to perform Research and create actionable, insightful content
• Experience in Writing curriculum or training material
• Basic understanding of Social Media for training promotion and engagement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Previous experience in training roles within the Aviation, Hospitality, or related industries preferred
• Flexibility to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or relevant fields
