Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Secretary located in Siliguri. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to senior executives. This role requires maintaining confidentiality while performing clerical duties and staying proactive to ensure efficiency in daily operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Assistance, scheduling, and coordination tasks Competency in Clerical Skills, including managing documents, record-keeping, and filing systems Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and support to senior management Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written Administrative Assistance skills to organize and prioritize workflows effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite Educational qualification in business administration or a related field is a plus
