Job Description
*Job Title: Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant*
*Location: Vadodara, Gujarat*
*Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory)*
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting senior management. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communication, and administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
* Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior management
* Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
* Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS documents
* Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Take minutes of meetings and track follow-ups
* Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred)
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant (Mandatory)
* Experience working with senior leadership (Director/CEO/MD preferred)
* Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
* Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and coordination skills
*Preferred Skills:*
* Strong organizational and multitasking ability
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Professional personality with good interpersonal skills
