About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to support the Founder across daily operations, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups. This role requires discretion, clarity, and strong organisational skills, and is critical in ensuring the Founder’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management- Manage the Founder’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely reminders
- Plan and optimise daily schedules to avoid conflicts and overload
- Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams, clients, and partners
- Draft, review, and manage emails, messages, and basic communication on behalf of the Founder
- Follow up on pending conversations, approvals, and deliverables
- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain to-do lists and priority trackers
- Ensure deadlines and commitments are not missed
- Assist with travel planning, bookings, and itineraries when required
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or shoots
- Organise documents, files, and important information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and conversations
- Handle urgent or time-sensitive requests efficiently
- Provide day-to-day executive support to enable the Founder to focus on high-priority work
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic tools such as Google Workspace, calendars, and messaging platforms
- Someone proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Someone calm under pressure and good at prioritising
- Someone who can anticipate needs and take ownership
- Close working exposure with the Founder
