Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Siliguri. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and executive support, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Strong Communication and Diary Management skills Clerical Skills and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
