Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for a Personal Assistant at Detox Corporation Private Limited. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative and organizational support to the Director. Day-to-day activities include managing schedules and appointments, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining confidential records, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, they will act as a key point of contact between Director and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Post Graduate in any stream
• Well verse with Window and Mac based Operating System
• 3-5 years experience as Personal Assistance
• Proficiency in Schedule Management
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to type 80-100 words per minute
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Open to Travel (Minimum 10 days a month)
