About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to drive load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing for cloud-based, distributed, and microservices applications. The role requires hands-on engineering across cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and CI/CD integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing for cloud applications
• Monitor and optimize performance across distributed, containerized, and microservices architectures
• Debug performance bottlenecks and drive optimization across AWS / Azure / GCP
• Build automated scripts and integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Use monitoring and performance tools – Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, JMeter, LoadRunner
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Engineering teams on NFR compliance

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Performance Engineering for Cloud
• Hands-on skills in AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Dynatrace, AppDynamics
• Good scripting abilities in Python, Shell, or PowerShell

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience integrating performance checks with CI/CD pipelines
