About The Opportunity Opportunity in the Enterprise Software & Digital Transformation sector focused on application performance engineering, scalability and reliability for web, mobile and API-first platforms. This role sits within teams delivering high-traffic, low-latency solutions across cloud and on-prem environments and will drive measurable performance improvements end-to-end. Role Performance Test Engineer (On-site, India) Role & Responsibilities Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance and soak tests for web, mobile and API services to validate capacity, scalability and SLA conformance. Develop, maintain and parameterize performance test scripts using JMeter/Gatling/k6 and implement data correlation for realistic traffic patterns. Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for automated regression and baseline validation; orchestrate distributed load executions. Collect and analyse test telemetry; identify bottlenecks across application, database and infrastructure stacks and produce actionable tuning recommendations. Implement monitoring and observability during tests using metrics and dashboards (Grafana/Prometheus/APM) and deliver concise post-test reports for engineering and product stakeholders. Define performance baselines, SLAs and best-practice playbooks; collaborate with development and operations teams to validate fixes and prevent regressions.
