Highest Qualification: Highest Qualification University Name: Your responsibilities: Design Non-Functional test strategy and workload model to meet project NFR's. Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and provide suggestions to increase load and performance of applications. Implement, monitor, and maintain continuous integration testing using CI/CD pipeline to identify performance issues early. Use monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve, and resolve performance issues. Share observations and propose solutions and suggestions for performance improvements in the applications. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) / Performance metrics and trends of automated scripts to the test management tool. Regularly provide updates to the engineering, quality engineering, and product management teams. Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Overall 10+ years of experience in IT industry with minimum 5+ years in energy/ utilities industry. Hands on experience with performance testing tools JMeter, LoadRunner, Neo Load. Hands on experience with performance monitoring tools AppDynamics, Azure Appin sight, Dynatrace. Having experience in monitoring complex cloud infrastructure. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and exposure to test management tools JIRA / ADO. Degree in electrical engineering/computer science/ Software engineering or related field. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure, multi project environments.
