Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads -D2C)

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Experience: 1 year -3Years only ( Experience working with D2C brands is preferred.)

Salary : Hike on current in hand salary

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including strategy, budgeting, targeting, and scaling
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including strategy, budgeting, targeting, and scaling.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and landing page requirements.
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in performance marketing.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills
