Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads) 1-3 Years of experience (No Freshers). The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google and Meta advertising campaigns, conducting performance testing, analyzing data to improve campaign effectiveness, and developing strategies for performance management. The role requires close collaboration with other teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies are implemented successfully. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing Excellent Communication skills Experience in digital advertising platforms, especially Google and Meta Ads Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Ability to work independently and remotely Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus Location : Greater Noida Salary : 3.5- 4 LPA
