About the job Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads) Location: Sector-63, Noida (Work from Office) Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: Minimum 3 Year in Performance Marketing About the Role We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate must have hands-on campaign management experience in an agency and a strong understanding of how to drive ROI, sales, and customer acquisition through paid media. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. Monitor and manage campaign performance against KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversions. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Work on remarketing campaigns, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies. Collaborate with the creative/content teams to build high-converting ad assets. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and suggestions. Stay updated with latest platform updates, tools, and industry trends. Grow followers and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 year of core experience in running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns in an agency setup. Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and GTM. Strong knowledge of e-commerce, D2C, or lead generation campaigns. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to scale campaigns while optimizing ROI. Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) will be an added advantage. Who Can Apply Candidates with agency background (mandatory). Minimum 3year of experience in performance marketing.
