Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, analyze campaign data, and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and a passion for data-driven growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Analyze market trends and audience behavior to identify opportunities and optimize ad strategies.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.) to track performance, uncover insights, and make data-backed decisions.
- Run A/B tests to refine ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign execution and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.
