Role Description:

The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as search, social media, and display to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The Performance Marketing Manager will manage ad budgets, track key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and use analytics to improve targeting, creatives, and conversion funnels.

Daily tasks include collaborating with brand, content, and design teams to align campaigns with Siakari’s positioning, overseeing performance dashboards, reporting insights to leadership, and recommending data-driven initiatives for growth.

The role also involves identifying new channels, refining audience segmentation, and ensuring that all marketing efforts reflect Siakari’s commitment to heritage, sustainability, and artisan empowerment.


Qualifications

  • Strong performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, and display advertising on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, other relevant channels).
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, pixel tracking, campaign attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate on marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign planning with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce or D2C marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
  • Comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets, and making data-driven decisions to optimize spend.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or performance marketing are an advantage.
  • Interest in Indian textiles, sustainable fashion, and social impact, with alignment to Siakari’s mission and values.
