We?re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who?s passionate about scaling D2C brands through data-driven campaigns and high-converting creatives. What You?ll Do: Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms Track performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.) and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with our creative team on ad visuals, videos, and storytelling angles Analyze results and refine strategies to maximize ROI What We?re Looking For: Proven experience in Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C or FMCG brands) Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign optimization Familiarity with Shopify and tracking tools like Meta Pixel, Google Analytics Creative eye for testing ad hooks and messaging Bonus Skills: Knowledge of email & retargeting campaigns Experience with influencer performance marketing ?? Location: Remote / Delhi ?? Type: Freelance / Part-time
