Job Title : Performance Marketing Manager - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in
Facebook and Instagram advertising. The candidate should have strong expertise in campaign
strategy, audience targeting, performance optimization, and scaling campaigns.
The role involves managing Meta advertising campaigns to generate leads, conversions, and
measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
● Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, and funnel structures.
● Create and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
● Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences.
● Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
● Implement and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
● Analyse campaign data and provide performance reports and insights.
● Work with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
● Manage and monitor accounts using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
Required Skills:
● Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
● Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite
● Expertise in lead generation and conversion campaigns
● Knowledge of retargeting strategies and audience segmentation
● Understanding of Meta Pixel and event tracking
● Strong analytical and optimization skills
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts
Preferred:
● Experience handling multiple client accounts
● Understanding of landing page optimization
● Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4
Ideal Candidate:
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
● Strong understanding of performance marketing
