You will be responsible for scaling our digital campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, etc.), optimizing for performance, and driving measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/Instagram), YouTube, and other ad networks Own KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV Create audience segments and run A/B tests to improve targeting and messaging Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams for campaign ideation, landing page optimization, and funnel improvement Set up tracking using tools like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other attribution tools Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation Skills & Qualifications 4?8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Proven success in scaling D2C or e-commerce campaigns Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, etc. Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and pixel-based campaigns Excellent Excel/Sheets and reporting skills Strong analytical mindset and a love for numbers Preferred Bonus Skills Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (Hubspot, MoEngage, WebEngage) Knowledge of affiliate/influencer performance campaigns Basic knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies Experience in marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) Why Join Us?
