Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Job Location: Noida Sector 16 Key Responsibilities: ? Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing. ? Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). ? Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. ? Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, etc. ? Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives. ? Implement strategies for lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement. ? Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices. ? Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners when required. Key Skills & Competencies: ? Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. ? Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic buying. ? Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar). ? Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, LTV, etc.). ? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field. ? 3?7 years of experience in performance marketing (depending on level). ? Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and achieving strong ROI. ? Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
