Overview 

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Luxmi Estates’ D2C ecommerce business. This role will own paid marketing across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms, ensuring efficient acquisition of high-quality customers while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with hands-on campaign execution and a deep understanding of e-commerce growth metrics. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Acquisition Strategy

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across: 

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) 
  • Retargeting and remarketing channels 
  • Align acquisition campaigns with product launches, gifting seasons, and ecommerce promotions.

 

Campaign Management & Optimization 

  • Manage end-to-end execution of paid marketing campaigns, including. 
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion and cost efficiency. 


Conversion & Funnel Optimization 

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to improve conversion across the customer journey. 
  • Ensure campaigns drive profitable traffic and high-intent customers. 


Data & Analytics 

  • Track and report key performance metrics. 
  • Use data insights to refine targeting and budget allocation. 


Who We’re Looking For 

  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads 
  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C businesses preferred 
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills 


Qualification 

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred.
