Role Description
The Performance Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based. This position supports the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and user engagement for KodeFast’s enterprise platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve return on investment. The intern will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine target audiences, test creative and messaging, and ensure data-driven decision-making. The role also involves researching industry trends, monitoring competitor activities, and contributing to documentation and process improvements for marketing operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret campaign metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of performance management and performance testing concepts related to digital marketing campaigns.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
- Interest in digital marketing, growth marketing, and metrics-driven optimization; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada West, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of AI, SaaS, or enterprise software markets is beneficial, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
