Performance Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for Performance Marketing Interns to support digital growth initiatives

through hands-on execution of paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram)

• Assist in campaign setup, keyword planning, audience targeting, and tracking pixel implementation
• Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize bids, and manage budgets
• Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA
• Prepare performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad assets

Skills and Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Digital/Performance Marketing
• Familiarity with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

• Students / Fresh Graduates (Marketing, Business, Media or related fields)
• Strong interest in Performance/Growth Marketing
