We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in B2B lead generation campaigns, campaign optimization, and analytical decision-making, with the ability to generate high-quality leads at scale while improving overall ROI and CPL performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, launch, and manage search, social, display, and retargeting campaigns across all major paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads at a lower cost per lead (CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to boost performance.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data including keywords, ad copies, geographies, and user behaviour to derive actionable insights.
  • Understand and map the complete digital lead journey—from campaign engagement to end-level conversion.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test and deploy new ideas and formats.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in ROI, CPA, and lead quality across channels.
  • Monitor and improve campaign KPIs including ROI, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
  • Manage and track leads using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM and ensure smooth lead flow and reporting.




Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B digital/performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), and performance tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager.
  • Experience in biddable media within an agency or client-side environment.
    Proven track record of driving lead generation and acquisition through paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Good understanding of SEO and email marketing (mail chimp, email campaign).
