The Role in a Nutshell
We aren't looking for someone to just run ads. We are looking for a powerhouse who owns the entire lifecycle of a client’s digital success. You will be the bridge between complex data ecosystems and the client’s bottom line.
You will manage the technical setup, execute multi-channel strategies, lead the internal team, and most importantly act as the primary consultant for our international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat.
- The Technical Brain: Full ownership of the tracking stack. You must be an expert in GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and server-side tracking.
- Account & Project Management: Serving as the main point of contact for international clients. You will translate technical-speak into business growth insights.
- Full-Funnel Remarketing: Leveraging specialized tools like Criteo and programmatic platforms to close the loop on conversions.
- Proactive Coordination: Leading internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time, while proactively identifying what's next for the client before they even ask.
- Growth & Strategy: Aligning marketing spend with client sales targets and KPIs to ensure long-term retention and account scaling.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ Years of Experience: You’ve spent significant time in the trenches of performance marketing and have the case studies to prove it.
- The Technical Suite: Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads and more.
- Data Literacy: You don't just look at reports rather you build them. Expert-level GA4 and GTM skills are non-negotiable.
- Elite Communication: You are proactive, not reactive. You can hold your own in a room with international CEOs and CMOs.
- Multilingual Edge: While English is our primary language for international business, proficiency in other languages is a significant competitive advantage.
- Ownership Mentality: You treat every client’s budget like it’s your own. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a task list.
