Performance Marketing Associate, Meta

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for growing revenue through paid advertisements on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media channels. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end media planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to maximise ROI for our D2C website.

Responsibilities:

• Media Planning & Execution: Develop and execute media plans on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media channels, including awareness, traffic, and revenue generation campaigns.
• Digital Growth Strategy: Own and implement the digital growth strategy to boost ROI for the brand's D2C website.
• Campaign Optimization: Analyse and optimise ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI).
• Data Analysis: Analyse data on ad spends, revenue, and user/customer behaviour using tools like Google Analytics.
• Experimentation: Recommend and execute experiments to enhance marketing creatives and communication.
• Creative Insight: Understand what types of creatives and copy drive the best conversions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Relevant experience in Performance Marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Ecommerce/D2C industry.
• Understanding: Strong grasp of paid advertising principles and practices.
• Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solve challenges effectively.
