Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and display networks.


2. Budget Management

Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Monitor daily spend vs. performance to avoid over/underspending.


3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Generate regular performance reports.


4. Audience Targeting & Segmentation

Identify and create audience segments to reach the right customers and improve campaign efficiency.


5. A/B Testing & Optimization

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and copy to improve campaign performance.


6. Collaboration with Creative & Product Teams

Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives.


7. Channel Expertise

Hands-on execution and optimization experience in platforms like:

• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

• Affiliate / Influencer platforms


Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills (data-driven decision making)

• Digital advertising platform expertise

• Understanding of customer behavior in retail

• Creative testing and messaging strategy

• Budgeting and forecasting


Experience Required:

2–3 Years


Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
