Role Description The Performance Marketer at AdFOX is a full-time, on-site role based in Pattambi. This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing data-driven advertising campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth for client brands. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid media budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and ROI. The Performance Marketer collaborates closely with creative, video production, and account teams to align campaigns with overall brand strategy and messaging. The role also involves preparing performance reports, presenting insights, and recommending strategies to scale successful campaigns.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in performance marketing domains such as PPC/paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with experience in managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics and optimization tools, including Google Analytics or similar platforms, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data interpretation for decision-making.
  • Experience with campaign management tools and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, other relevant DSPs), including budget management and bid optimization.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, audience segmentation, retargeting, and attribution models.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative and video production teams to translate performance insights into effective ad creatives and messaging.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable results.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pattambi, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency experience is an advantage.
