Job Description

We looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing, monitoring, and application performance management tools. The candidate should have hands-on experience in LoadRunner, JMeter, Akamai, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Datadog for enterprise-level application performance testing and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
• Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
• Work with Akamai CDN and caching configurations for performance optimization
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk
• Analyze logs, traces, and performance metrics to identify issues
• Prepare performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and QA teams
• Participate in root cause analysis and performance tuning activities
• Support CI/CD-based performance testing integration
• Ensure SLA compliance and system stability under high traffic conditions
