🌟 About the Role

This is a high-stakes position where you’ll work at the intersection of:

1️⃣ AI Product Development — help build and refine NYX’s performance marketing intelligence platform.

2️⃣ Performance Marketing Execution — manage and optimize big-budget campaigns for top-tier clients.

You’ll be working closely with the founders, product, and data teams to drive measurable growth outcomes.

• 🧠 What You’ll DoPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and Programmatic platforms.
• Partner with the AI and product teams to feed insights into product automation and intelligence modules.
• Manage end-to-end performance funnels — from awareness to acquisition to retention.
• Conduct A/B testing, creative optimisation, and ROI-driven performance analysis.
• Work directly with enterprise and growth-stage clients across industries like E-commerce, BFSI, Retail, and Travel.

• ⚙️ What We’re Looking For4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side).
• Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Attribution tools.
• A data-first mindset — you live in dashboards and breathe conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern MarTech stacks.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
