Job Description
Rapyuta Robotics is a Tokyo-based technology company building solutions for robotics and automation. Role and Responsibilities
This position is part of the People Operations team and plays a key role in supporting and overseeing people operations for our India entity. The role will be responsible for managing core people operations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, supporting employee relations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to enable sustainable business growth in India.

Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
This position is part of the People Operations team and plays a key role in supporting and overseeing people operations for our India entity. The role will be responsible for managing core people operations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, supporting employee relations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to enable sustainable business growth in India.
- Oversee employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employment-related documentation
- Manage attendance and leave administration in line with Indian labor laws and company policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and internal guideline
- Support employee relations cases and provide guidance to managers as needed
- Support performance management processes
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and activities to foster a positive workplace culture
- Partner with leadership to support organizational and people-related needs
- Collaborate with global teams to align local practices with global standards
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations, preferably in India
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with startups or scaling organizations is a plus
