Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). 3?6 years of IT experience with at least 2?4 years in Pega PRPC development. Experience in Case Management (CJCM) application design and development. Strong understanding of Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Declarative Rules, and UI Rules. Hands-on experience integrating Pega with external systems (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services). Good understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Exposure to Pega Decisioning or Customer Service frameworks. Familiarity with Pega DevOps / Deployment Manager. Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL.
