Job Title: Pega Testing

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad

Experience: 5-10 Years

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Testing with strong experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) and end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pega platforms, proven expertise in quality assurance, and a strong grasp of Agile methodologies. This role requires hands-on testing of complex Pega-based solutions to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5–10 years in Software Quality Assurance, with minimum 3+ years in Pega CDH testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Pega Decisioning, Pega CDH, and Next-Best-Action (NBA) testing.
  • Strong understanding of Pega end-to-end testing frameworks and QA methodologies.
  • Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform end-to-end QA testing for Pega CDH implementations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Pega developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate test strategies, plans, and scenarios.
  • Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests (UAT) for Pega applications.
  • Ensure compliance with Pega QA standards and Agile delivery processes.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and test automation scripts (if applicable).
  • Identify, log, and track defects using standard QA tools and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members as required.
