🚀 We’re Hiring: Pega – Tester / Pega – IT QA Engineer (Senior and Junior, Multiple Headcounts!)

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions
• Serve as a guardian of Pega best practices, avoiding unnecessary customization and scope creep
• Collaborate with intelligent automation teams (AI, RPA, data) to design end-to-end enterprise solutions
• Develop automated test scripts using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit, etc.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to analyse and resolve defects
• Ensure testing aligns with Pega guardrails and performance standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure Pega best practices & OOTB alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• Experience deploying Pega applications in Agile environments
• Experience in Pega application design, Agile delivery, and deployments
• Experience with test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit)
• Working knowledge of SQL and API testing
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
• PCBA or PCSBA certification highly preferred
• Industry experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare preferred
