Pega LSA Basic Responsibilities Work as team member in multi disciplinary and dynamic team. Functional service delivery roles include Team Leader, Content or Domain Expert, Senior Domain Module Consultant, and Lead Business or Systems Analyst. Leads or supports the analysis, design, development and implementation of systems and software, as well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables. May also lead project modules or work activities as appropriate and can formulate solutions to defines specific business or technical issues. Qualifications Required 5plus years as a practicing LSA for multiple accounts. 10 plus years of total pega Experience Certified LSA Strong stakeholder Management Devops

Agile Experience Good Knowledge on all rule types UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents

Activities. Working Knowledge on Prior Robotics, API Standards, Enterprise Security Protocols, Performance Monitoring improvement Specific Responsibilities Experience in Development in Banking and Financial Good Knowledge on all rule types

Sound experience on using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA and Live UI. Proficient in Pega Implementation cycle that includes PRC deployment, development, testing, bug fixing troubleshooting Having good understanding on the rules management and associated tools such as export import tools skimming and bulk processing tools. Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle Having Strong base in web designing development using HTML

JS, Strong communication and presentation. Implementing and following agile scrum processes within self organizing team. Manage the overall key design areas of a Pega implementation Use expert consulting skills to manage project scope and client expectations Actively collaborate with other teams to solve cross functional challenges. Actively participate Business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases. Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases to lead to success
