We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead enterprise-scale Pega implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Pega Constellation Architecture, DX APIs, enterprise application architecture, integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-scale Pega applications using Constellation Architecture.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture following Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing case management applications.
• Lead modernization initiatives from traditional Section-based UI to Constellation UI.
• Architect integrations using DX APIs, REST, SOAP, JMS, and Database connectors.
• Collaborate with React/Angular frontend teams consuming DX APIs.
• Define API contracts, integration patterns, and data models.
• Review technical designs and mentor development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production, performance, and integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and scalability standards.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of Pega development experience.
• Hands-on experience as a Lead System Architect.
• Strong expertise in Pega Constellation Architecture.
• Experience with Cosmos and Constellation UI.
• Strong knowledge of Pega DX APIs.
• Experience with React or Angular integration.
• Strong understanding of Case Management.
• Experience in Data Modeling and Data Pages.
• REST, SOAP, JMS, and Database integrations.
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating traditional Pega UI applications to Constellation.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures.
• Exposure to cloud platforms is an added advantage.
