Pega Developer (4+ Years Experience) Location: Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid Interview Mode: 1st Round Virtual | 2nd Round Face-to-Face (Chennai) Shift Timing: 3 PM ? 12 AM IST Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC to design, develop , and implement scalable BPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Pega application development, integrations , and best practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Pega applications using Pega PRPC . Work on Pega flows, activities, UI rules, data transforms, decision rules, and integrations . Participate in requirement analysis , solution design, and technical discussions. Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails. Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, and services . Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability. Prepare and maintain technical documentation , including design documents and deployment guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, architects, and business analysts. Support production deployments, issue resolution, and post?implementation enhancements. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development. Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, and rule-based development . Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services). Good knowledge of Pega UI, data pages, activities, flows, and decisioning rules . Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and handle complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
