Title: PEGA Developer with CDH Experience

Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Mohali

Job Summary:

• Design and build solutions by increasing customer satisfaction and align solutions to the business and IT Initiatives for the PEGA CDH.
• Build solutions with an engineering mindset that not just achieve functional objectives but also cater to non-functional requirements with consistent performance that help our business to grow revenue.
• Interact with local and global business analysts, project managers, technical architects, and developers, detailing the design and driving quality end-to-end solutions from PEGA CDH
• Collaborate closely with global technology teams and support functions, with regards to strategy, operating model, implementation, production support transition and project lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities:

• Driving design, development, testing and deployment of maintainable solutions within PRPC Rules environment with PEGA CDH
• Bringing Pega technical expertise performing analysis of client requirements, provide solution architecture, and design.
• Performance tuning, performance analyze, log analyze and defects fixing.
• Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models

Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with PEGA CDH based platform.
• In-depth knowledge integrations like SOAP, REST and other PEGA provided API.
• Solid understanding on oracle, XML, Java and SQL
• Should have working experience on Situation Layer Cake concepts and adopted the same while defining project architecture.
• Should have working knowledge in PEGA CDH, Architecture, Pega Version Upgrade, managing the parallel development.
• Indexing, Arching & Purging, Session management, Customized logging, creating custom Guardrail, very good knowledge on PDC, Class Dependencies, Rule Dependents, etc.
• Should have conducted architecture design reviews, code walkthroughs, and performance and security reviews.
• Should have good understanding on Cassandra for PEGA CDH
• Support /Guide teams in Creation of re-usable assets, frameworks, solution packs.
• Good understanding on PEGA CDH best practices, implementation life cycles
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence
• Should have PEGA Upgrade experience.
• Strong knowledge on various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset

Certifications Required:

• Pega CSA (Certified System Architect)
• Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) - Optional
• Pega CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) - Optional
