Pediatric Nurse

Nmble Medical Hiring Solutions is partnering with a leading pediatric healthcare organization in the Cincinnati area seeking compassionate, patient-focused Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional pediatric care.

This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about supporting children and families while working within a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment focused on quality care, patient safety, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy safely and accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to providers and care teams
• Support patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR/EHR systems
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care while supporting positive patient experiences

Qualifications

Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments

Preferred

• Pediatric nursing experience
• PALS certification
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Previous hospital, outpatient, or specialty pediatric experience
