Role Description

• We are seeking a PEB Designer – Staad PRO Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
• The role involves utilizing STAAD Pro software for structural design, and collaborating closely with project teams.
• The candidate will also ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards while optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Design Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) including industrial sheds, warehouses, and factory structures
• Perform structural analysis using STAAD Pro for load calculations (dead load, live load, wind load, seismic load)
• Prepare and review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings
• Develop optimized structural designs to ensure cost efficiency and safety
• Coordinate with sales, project, and production teams for design inputs and execution
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes and relevant design standards 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, particularly STAAD Pro.
• Strong skills in PEB design principles, structural detailing, and load calculation methods.
• Experience in creating engineering drawings and reviewing technical documents for accuracy.
• Familiarity with construction standards and building codes applicable to Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on innovative design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of material sourcing and cost optimization is a plus.
